How It Works
1. Complete Your Risk Assessment
You'll be taken to our secure risk assessment portal where you'll answer questions about your personal and family health history.
Most people can complete the assessment in just a few minutes.
2. Review Your Portal Information
Based on the information you provide, your assessment may identify factors associated with increased breast cancer risk or an increased risk for hereditary cancers.
Some results and educational information may be available directly in your portal after you complete your assessment.
3. Watch for a Text From Breast Imaging Matters
We don't want important risk information to get lost in a portal.
After you complete your assessment, Breast Imaging Matters will personally review your completed assessment and follow up with you by text within 2–3 business days.
We'll help make sure you know where to find your results and understand what your next steps may be.
4. Know What Comes Next
Depending on your assessment, you may receive education or navigation related to:

• Earlier or additional breast screening to discuss with your healthcare provider
