If you’re flagged as high‑risk, you’ll also receive mailed documentation — ideal for women without access to a printer or those who prefer something physical to take to their appointment.

If you are flagged as high‑risk, you will receive:

• A Breast Health Folder mailed directly to you

• Breast Education

• Local resources and next steps (when applicable)

• Optional follow‑up from a breast health navigator

Your address is used solely for mailing your Breast Health Folder — nothing else.

These mailed materials are funded entirely through community outreach donations.

This allows us to provide education and support at no cost to you.
