Bring Breast Cancer Risk Education to Your Workplace
Breast Imaging Matters brings personalized breast cancer risk education directly to your employees.
During a Workplace Risk Assessment Day, employees complete a confidential breast cancer risk assessment and review their results one-on-one with a registered mammography technologist onsite.
Together, we'll discuss what their results mean, including breast cancer risk, potential hereditary cancer risk, and when applicable, education about earlier or additional screening options to discuss with their healthcare provider.
Employees leave with a better understanding of their personal risk and next steps — not just a score.
Participants can receive their risk report by secure text or request a printed copy to take with them.
There is no cost to individual employees. Workplace Risk Assessment Days are supported through charitable contributions from participating employers.

Complete our free, confidential breast cancer risk assessment online from your phone or computer.
No appointment is required.
Your assessment uses information about your personal and family history to help identify factors associated with increased breast cancer and hereditary cancer risk.
What happens after you submit?
Your assessment is reviewed by Breast Imaging Matters, and you will receive a personal follow-up by text within 2–3 business days.
Some results and educational information may be available in your portal before you hear from us. We'll still follow up to help make sure you know where to find your results and understand what they may mean for your next steps.
If additional screening, genetic evaluation, or other resources may be appropriate, we can help you understand your options and where to go next.
