Why Your Donation Matters

Most women are told to “wait until 40.” But for women like me — women with elevated risk, dense breasts, or genetic mutations like TP53 — waiting until 40 is far too late.

I was able to start screening at 30 because my risk was identified early. Most women never get that chance.

Your donation helps us reach the women who don’t know they’re at risk — women who have no idea that their family history, their genetics, or their breast density could put them in danger long before traditional screening guidelines begin.

These are the women who fall through every gap:

  • Women in their 20s and 30s who are never offered a risk assessment

  • Women who don’t have insurance or a primary care provider

  • Women who assume they’re “too young” to worry

  • Women who simply don’t know what questions to ask

Your gift allows us to mail clear, accessible breast health education directly to them — privately, respectfully, and without barriers. Each packet explains personal risk, breast density, and the steps a woman can take now to protect her future.

I’m here to find women like me. Women who are high‑risk and don’t know it. Women who deserve answers long before symptoms appear.

If your donation helps us reach even one woman in her 30s who would otherwise wait until 40, you may change — or save — the course of her life.

Your support makes early identification possible. Your generosity helps us reach the women who would never receive this information otherwise. Your gift creates impact that lasts far beyond today.

  • In‑kind contributions that support our educational outreach — such as printing services, mailing supplies, or event materials — are welcome and appreciated. Because we operate under a fiscal sponsor, some in‑kind gifts may require prior approval. If you have an item or service you’d like to donate, please contact us so we can confirm whether it can be accepted.

  • Absolutely. Many supporters choose to give in honor of a loved one, a survivor, or someone who has been impacted by breast cancer. You can include a dedication with your donation, and we will acknowledge your tribute in your receipt. If you’d like us to notify someone of your gift, we are happy to do so.
